In recent years, Calor S.r.l. has directed a growing attention to the concept of Quality, through a constant revision and improvement of all the business processes and a commitment to ensure optimal levels in service delivery, increasingly orienting to Customer satisfaction.
This attention was first turned into an ongoing commitment to achieve efficiency and effectiveness goals in every business sector, and then realized in 2003 with the implementation of an integrated Quality System, according to ISO 9001:2000 standard.
Consistent with the goal of keeping the Quality Policy always on top, following the update of the standard, in 2009 and in 2017 the Company has promptly adapted to the new ISO 9001:2008 and  ISO 9001:2015 specifications.
ISO 9001:2015 certification includes all business processes, from plant construction to Customer support and internal management procedures.

The certification was issued by Bureau Veritas, an international body which is a world leader in inspection, compliance verification and certification services and which has operated in 140 countries since 1828 with 75,000 employees and 400,000 customers worldwide.
